About a half year ago, we returned to live in Israel after five years in Pittsburgh in the US. We now live in Zichron yakov a beautiful village next to the water in the Northern section of Israel. I am married with three wonderful children. I love to read, travel and get involved with all sorts of interactive sporting activities. Parenting and education are two ideals that are very important to me. As well culture and history of our nation are topics I love. My studies and work experience have allowed me to make these subjects into my profession. I studied for my first degree in Behavioral Science and my MA in Development of Educational Methods which gave me the tools to develop theories and ideas in these subjects. I worked in the Machon Moreshet Ben Gurion where I was involved with developing curricula and teaching modern Israeli history which gave me the chance to daily interact with my students.
Over the course of my five years in America I began my “affair” with studies of the Hebrew language. I taught in a Hebrew day school and in an afternoon program. I greatly enjoyed my interaction with the American Jewish scene which taught me a great deal about my role within the Jewish people. But most of all I relished the opportunity to teach children and adults the Hebrew language, which all of a sudden in the Diaspora took on a whole new meaning.
